This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request support if you receive an item with a quality issue.
1. Warranty Coverage
All Thaloraxen products are covered by a 30-day quality warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or production defects
- Loose stitching, seam issues, or construction flaws
- Defective buttons, straps, lace trims, elastic waistbands, or closures
- Fabric defects present upon arrival
- Damaged lace, ruffles, seams, or printed details received upon delivery
- Incorrect item, size, color, or design received
- Damage caused during shipping
If your issue falls under any of the above, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation and product availability.
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following are not considered defects and are not covered:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, or improper care
- Shrinking, fading, stretching, or pilling over time
- Minor color differences caused by screen brightness, lighting, or photography
- Slight measurement differences due to manual sizing
- Stains from cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, deodorants, or personal care products
- Accidental damage such as tears, burns, holes, pulls, or snags
- Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or incorrect handling
- Items returned with strong odors such as smoke, perfume, detergent, or chemicals
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items, if marked as non-returnable
These situations are not classified as manufacturing defects.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please contact us at contact@thaloraxen.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A photo of the full item received
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the next steps.
4. Approved Warranty Solutions
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Free replacement of the same item, size, and color, subject to availability
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
- Partial refund when the issue is minor and the item is still usable
For approved warranty claims, Thaloraxen will provide the most suitable solution based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
5. Warranty Timeframe
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
6. Product Care Responsibility
To keep your Thaloraxen sleepwear soft and beautiful, please follow the care instructions provided with the product. We recommend gentle washing, avoiding bleach, and air drying when possible. Damage caused by improper care is not covered under this warranty.
